I went to see invisishield yesterday to get screen protector for my Moto X pure Edition and the guy said wait at least an hour to make sure that there's no water left in your speaker grills or anything like that on your phone. I then waited 2 hours before powering my device on and I noticed the battery is not as well as it used to be the day after I got the invisishield put on. I got the HD wet apply invisishield and I was wondering if it was possible that maybe some water got in the speaker grills and caused a little bit of damage. This was a Zagg invisishield kiosk. The phone is insured at Best Buy that protects against liquid accidents, drops, and any other sort of accident. Is it possible that the little bit of soapy water they put on your screen when they do a wet apply screen protector damaged my phone by going in one of the speaker grills even though the Moto X pure Edition has a water repellent nano-coating.
