OSX Licensing Question

Hi, I was wondering if it's legal to use OSX on a old iMac with mac mini hardware (including motherboard, CPU, etc) put in it? If so can you sell it like that?

Yeah should be fine, since it's Apple approved hardware 

 

Doesn't seem to break EULA, correct me if I'm wrong

Apple doesn't care as long as it's Apple hardware.

If I did a handful and sold them on ebay just restoreing some of there older mac's do you think it will be a problem?
