dont sweat all that static stuff. o would only worry when handling packed cpu chips not this consumer stuff. as long as you touch something metal i can almost guarantee you wont harm anything

it is buld how to decide if it is quite enough or how to make it  make lesss nose with out cost too much what option are avabale

A power supply fan acts as an intake not an exhaust. It won't throw hot air into the case. The psu fan blows air over the internal components and then vents it out of the rear.

oh yes your right. either way i would just have the fan point down
