980Ti Monitors Lag

I have two Asus monitors (same model) both connected to the MSI 980Ti via DisplayPort to HDMI (monitor) but when I enable the second monitor (Extend in Windows), videos on Youtube/Twitch lags quite bad like it is in slow motion however when I switch back to Computer only in Windows, it goes back to normal with no lag, is there a way to fix this?
