The NZXT S340 is a popular mid-range case, also the Coolermaster mastercase 5 is very modular with good airflow (Costs slightly more though). Both should be well in your budget.

Check the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX. It is so freaking good, I regret getting the H440.

Check out the coolermaster maker 5 you can customize it yourself and it's from 100-190 depending on what you put into it
