You could always buy a cheaper one and use the savings to put towards a can of matte black spray paint. Problem solved.

 

I think the one that @LeapFrogMasterRace posted is probably going to be your best bet. I had a quick look through on PCPP and there weren't really any others at your price point.

 

It's also harder to recommend a cooler when we don't know what we're trying to cool.
