An Elgato (not HD60) can do that.

It can record both PS2 and PS3 when you use a component (or composite) to S-video into the elgato. You can use the same cable for both the PS2 and 3 (since they have the same connector for AV). You can't record PS3 through HDMI because of the HDCP on the PS3 (protection from record on the HDMI)
