Hey guys just wanted second thoughts on my first PC build, gonna be getting it around Christmas.

 

INTEL i5 6600k

NZXT KRAKEN X61

EVGA GTX 1070 FTW

ASUS Z170 SABERTOOTH S

EVGA SUPERNOVA G2 750W

CORSAIR VEANGANCE LPX 16GB 

SAMSUNG 850 EVO 250GB

WESTER DIGITAL 1TB 7200RPM 

NZXT S340

 

As you can see Im going for a mainly white theme with a small amount of black, any suggestion's?

I see no problems here. Good build from someone who seems to know what they are doing, I would change nothing.

Great build, it's rare that there's a build with no problems on here but yours has no problems xD

You don't need that beefy cooler for the i5

Get a phanteks tc12dx

It will be enough and will match the white theme

That mobo is also kinda extra beefy get a z170a

Use the saved money to try to squeeze in a Samsung 500gb ssd

Aight ill say this, because its number one complain about good builds like these. You dont need a powersupply that draws so much energy. A 600W would be enough. Altough, you can always stay safe :p, but given the fact of how efficient Pascal is and Skylake cpu's, its a little overkill what you got (powerwise speaking).

I'm just nitpicking but your cooler does not exist. It's either the NZXT Kraken X61 or a Corsair AiO. Which one do you want?

I disagree. An AiO is perfect for the i5 6600k because you can achieve a pretty high OC with it.

It is, however it is extremely hard to find white pcb's. Also in your finished build it will mostly appear as white since the cooolers are white. Still imo the sabretooth S looks really sexy so stick with it :)
