Transferring files

I have a laptop and a desktop. I transfer my SD footage/photos to my laptop because I don't have a adaptor for my desktop. I do transfer quite frequently. Any stable way of transferring these footages/photos? Options I've tried: External HDD transfer or USB drive, Teamviewer too. Any other options for me?

file sharing/network folders or ftp or cloud storage. You could also try some kind of usb bridge.

Are you computers on the same network/wifi ? assuming they are check this out
