You will only find used boards, usually they go for $200-$250, also I think you mean the E5 2670, and really any x79 will do, if you are looking for ecc support some x79 boards will not have that. 

 

And if you are buying this to game you are better off getting an i5 6400, and h110 board, but the e5 will be better for anything that can use 16 threads.

 

Usually you can find old dell alienware r4 boards for less then $200, but they might have a proprietary fan header on them, but other then that it is a regular matx board.
