Machine won't boot

I can not get my machine to boot. It had originally booted when I did an outside the box build, however when I put the build in the case. Even after taking everything out and doing another outside the box build I could not get it to boot. 

 

I followed the steps here. Which said that it was most likely my motherboard, however I was hoping to make sure that was it before I tried to return it.

Best bet is to do a complete reseat of all the components and give it another try. If that's not doing it, you may be right.

I did. I took everything out out of the motherboard, besides the cpu, and then tried to do another boot and nothing happened.
