Windows 10 for new pc

im gunna get windows 10 home OS for my new PC how do i go about getting it onto my pc as PCWorld only have downloads and i have no internet set up at mo all i can get on is BIOS? 

 

i am clueless at pc stuff so please help me out lol?

you have disc or a bootable usb stick?

If you have some other PC, make Windows instalation media there and then istall it to your new PC. Make media using this - https://www.microsoft.com/cs-cz/software-download/windows10

i havent bought it yet PCWorld said they dont sell disc anymore ? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Windows-32-bit-64-bit-English-International/dp/B0111YEBY4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1470402867&sr=8-1&keywords=windows+10+home if i buy that will it work from usb then?

it says "platform: ...." and has options: "pc download/usb flash drive". thats it, choose one. you can also just download windows from microsoft and then later on pay for them about the same about for the product key. http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209 you can download that and then install it. can't figure out what kind of situation you are having there but that should be it
