Website issues

Hey LTT forum, I"m having a problem at work with my website using yahoo site builder (Aabaco) (for desktop) and duda mobile. When I try to publish my edits on duda mobile, they don't appear. I even re entered the redirect into the index.html file. I called Aabaco and they said it was duda's fault (which is what it sounds like), but when I emailed duda (they don't have a calling option ) they said it was a redirect problem on Aabaco's side and the redirect is at fault. It's just cat and mouse of people blaming other people, so I came here. The website IS redirecting, but its redirecting to the old (unedited) duda mobile site. It wouldn't make sense to me why it would be a redirect problem, as it is redirecting to the same link as before.  

 

Any help or insight will be much appreciated. I can provide pictures and video of the problem if needed.

I tried on other phones and web browsers as well.

I have tried it on other service providers, incuding a home network, a work network (both COX) and mobile network (Verizon).I can test it on another network as well if you want.  I can setup a proxy, but I may not have time at the moment. my work has exploded, and I have never set one up before, sooo yea it may take a while...

Even with a proxy and different providers it still won't work.
