Hello. I recently got a new computer and for some reason my hyperx cloud II microphone won't work with it.

The microphone worked on my old computer and still does

Heres the link to the headset: http://www.hyperxgaming.com/us/headsets/cloud/hscp

Heres everything that is in my new PC: https://www.gladiatorpc.co.uk/share/system/1226723

I have the headset connected VIA the USB jack on the front of the machine

I have tried all USB ports on my computer and none of them work with the microphone

The microphone isn't muted on the control box.

The headset microphone is set as the default communications device in windows sound settings: https://gyazo.com/bfe90283464e402d10e17f1e21ba9e4c

For some reason, you cannot adjust the volume in windows with this headset, instead you have to do so with the control box, which I have turned up all the way.

I have tried updating all the drivers for the headset in device manager, all of them are up to date.

Some screenshots of the settings in my Realtek HD Audio Manager: https://gyazo.com/b29a6990d7137dbd3d5612b9271c7089 https://gyazo.com/d225a4956f8cc69785d53d74546fd7f5

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've been searching around for hours online now but I can't find anything that has worked. Thank you

have you tried selecting as default in the windows sound options because the headsets usb dongle is actually a separate sound card from the onboard realtek solution? other than that i'd try testing it again on another pc maybe it just stopped working for some reason.... sorry i cant be of more help but sound is something i dont really know a whole lot about and it drives me crazy when i have an issue :S
