I was planning on getting another GTX 970 because of how low the prices were dropping, but I need to get a new power supply (enough wattage just need more PCIe connectors) so I needs to have enough power to support 970 SLI, and preferably fully or semi modular, all black cables would be nice and under $80. leave suggestions, links would be appreciated

If you use Bing Rewards you could get $5 a month on amazon (more if family members participate) and use that to give yourself a discount on the better products. Like with PSUs I find that EVGA has weird pricing. Their gold rated 650w is $85ish but a platinum is about $10-$14 more. I think it's worth stretching on a better PSU and cutting back elsewhere.

Also with EVGA PSUs you get a copy of Grey Goo on Steam. :D

Literally every XFX other than the XT is pretty great.

Just cuz the XT is bad don't make the other ones worse

The XT isn't the end of the world and they're selling it at a price that shouldn't suggest that it's anywhere on-par with a Snow Silent or X-series. An XT is for the person building a low-end system with a low-power dGPU or no dGPU at all, similar to the old CX-series.

Yeah I have a EVGA G2 650w and it's great! Can't recommend it enough! It has SLI and crossfire support and the slots for two GPU power connections. Make sure if you get another one to this one that it does actually support two graphics cards ;)
