Wireless dissapeared after using vpn

Hi, Just now I installed vpn, and used it for a couple minutes, then I switch off the laptop because I had to go to class. Then when I tried to use wifi, the laptop doesn't detect any wireless. Is this because of the vpn?? 

 

Im using :

- MSI GE60 2QD apache. 

- Windows 10

- intel wireless
