Thinking of returning my GTX1060 and picking up 1070 instead. 

I play on 1080p now but I plan on getting 4k monitor but the one I want exists only in Japan Sooo...  I don't know when I will get it.

Right now I can play all my games maxed out so 1070 will not really benefit me that much.  And it is extra €150-€180.

So should I just wait and pick it when I get the monitor or should I pick it now? The issue is that I would later have to sell my 1060 for less than I got it. I can get full refund now. But there is also possibility that later 1070 may drop in price. 

 

And yes, I think that 1070 will be able to max out almost all games I play on 4k.
