My name is S 

I have a rare genic disability called V.H.L. 

I am on a fixed-income and my daughter really wants to start coding & YouTube, i cannot afford to buy a computer but i want her to learn more. I need help to do this. I just have my phone and cannot do alot on it. Please help in some way. I hate begging but i have no choice but to.
