thats how I do it lol, you save it as a copy multiple times if you want special text. Then as you write you have it with each word written once. Then I ad that as an overlay and viola

From the thumbnail thing, I think its just text that is different sized?

it's an overly complicated work around, and you have no way to work with the footage after exporting from photoshop.

You can do this in AE, and you should do it in AE. Text foloes the head because the motion tracing is made in AE this isn't hard to learn, pretty simple trick. If you watch Corridor Digital chanel  on you tube check some of the making of (on sam and niko chanel) they have quite a few "how to's " over there. Also! You can try to type that question in this great site : http://lmgtfy.com/ :D But seriuosly explore "cinematic typography" and try to find tutorials connected to that.
