Help!I am looking for a good build

Hi! I am looking for a good build and my budget is about 1250 euros(counting peripherals)...I want to play maxed out games in 1080p.I was thinking about crossfiring two rx 480's and use a i5-6500.Here in my room i get easily 45 deegres so i want it to have a great cooling system if possible.What should I do?

Mostly i will game in 1080p but probally i will do college works, but just things like word or power point

here is a build that can run all games at max settings in 1080p

 

you can do almost anything on this PC

 

for the fans:

 

the CPU cooler goes to the back and 2 fans on top and there are pre-installed intake fans in the front

 

and also not every game can benefit from 2 GPUs so I've put 1 1070 which is better than 2 rx 480s

and by the way the CPU already comes with a cooler it should do good because it is not an overclockable processor, it would barely hit 55 degrees C while gaming (not on full load) (on full load about 70 degrees) but if you want even cooler temps (which is better, will increase the CPU's life) get the CPU cooler.
