EMERGENCY HELP!!

Alright, its 1:20 AM for me and I was watching YouTube videos and my Wifi suddenly wentoff and my router desided to restart by itself and there were some red lights flashing through the router and my internet went off for about 30 minutes after that I got connected back and my computer anti-virus gave me a massage saying "Connected to an insecure internet connection" and that message went off after 2 minutes now when I search on google what is my IP, it shows me a different IP than the one I had before, but same ISP so my questions are

1.Should I be worried?

2.Is some one tryin hack into my computer? 

3.Is it just my ISP trying restart everything cuz its 1 AM ?

No you should NOT be worried. Your ISP used a method called DHCP, basically your IP is NOT locked to you since its not static. They could have vastly wild different IP ranges assigned to your specific network segment for people in your area to use. You could have one scope 1.1.1.1/24 and another 3.3.3.1/21 Just means you pulled a new IP when you re-registered from a different IP scope available.

yes you should be worried because of the epidemic that is online hacking. This could be a man-in-the-middle attack it could also be your ISP mucking up. I would contact them with what happened and hear what they say. I would also tell them to check your connection.

Bro,  Its 2 AM for me If I call my ISP now and speak with them, my dad would get up and beat the shit out of me or might think I have a GF or something ( I am Indian) LOL, should I just disconnect my Laptop from the network and turn it off?

What, does your dad what you to be gay....what is wrong with having a GF....anyhoo.....disconnecting your laptop is one thing but what about other devices connected, they would be vulnerable if it is a man-in-the-middle attack. All you have to do is explain to dad what you saw and tell him that you are on the case with the ISP, if you are not a trouble child and this issue is not due to some shit you did or got involved in, then he should say "ok, do you nee help?" or something to that effect.
