I'am wondering how to turn up my case fans RPM. Is there a specific softwere i would need to download, or maybe BIOS. Also i heard that using a Case fan controller would be an option that works best if so could somone explain which would be best to buy also how it would work or other parts i might need to go along with it. Thank you in advance!

Look up JayzTwoCents on YouTube. He has a video on the software he uses.

You can change fan curves in the BIOS, but the capability depends on the motherboard. There is also software like Speed Fan. There multiple fan controllers ranging from the simple to difficult setup.

If your fans are already running full speed (aka rated rpm), you can't make them in faster. Not any easy way at least. Its possible to overvolt fans with some cable nodding or strings external power source. But that will significantly shorten fans lifetime.
