Is corsair vs550 550W PSU good? Corsair claims that is 85% power efficient but no 80+ bronze sign. Is it work well with RX 480 4GB?

No, it's an abysmal PSU. Check out the PSU tier list in my sig.

The Corsair VS series is baaaaaaaaaaaad, try to get a grey label CXM unit like the CX550M:
