Best 4K monitor for productivity

I am looking to invest in a new monitor (a pair of monitors, once I can afford another). I want to go 4k, I recently bought a 39" 4k TV from micro center for $230 only to discover that the TV does not support 60 HZ inputs. I have resolved to use mDP 1.2. Now all I need is a monitor that fits my bill. I have looked at most of the major products, but most of them utilize TN panels. I would prefer IPS. So here is my question. What is the best 24"-30" 4k (3840x2160) IPS monitor with a 60 Hz refresh rate that has DP or mDP 1.2?

I especially like the 23.6" ViewSonic which can be had for $400.
