A  low FPI 60mm radiator will give you better cooling at low RPMs while a high FPI rad is optimised for low RPM fans.

Besides that the extra thickness will give you slightly better performance.

I would go with the thicker one if you have the space.

Well if they're static optimized, i'd run just push or pull, but i'd say the 30 by 30, but i'm not sure

Did you mean high RPM fans? And i would go thick as well if you can

Well it depends a lot on the radiator itself and the fan as well but I would classify <1000RPM being on the lower end of the RPM spectrum.

High FPI rads start gaining perfomance after 1400 RPM but fall behind below this, low FPI pull ahead at <1000 rpm but dont gain after this,in between is a dead spot where both rads perfom semi equally.

Thickness doesnt automatically mean performance,a recent test with the UT and Monsta rads showed the thinner UT beating the Monsta.

There is a limit to the heat carrying capacity of air, seems the Monsta breaches this by its sheer depth/restriction to airflow.

EDIT: found the thread and pic.

Thickness doesnt guarantee perfomance.
