Get windows 10, its $30 on a lot of sites. I got mine here:

Windows 10. but you have two choices. OEM key or a consumer key.

OEM keys you can get for $35 but you might have problems if you change hardware often

And consumer keys you can change your setup as many times as you want but its more expensive. $120 expensive.

At any site that has customer service, but not like kinguin, they are known for scams. G2A is alright but i recommend gameveo or gamecheap. They have good service and thats where i got my key from.
