Windows only sees 8GB?

Hey there, recently my memory has been giving me issues at boot up (I just purchased it) It is a 4x4GB kit, and in the BIOS it detects all 16GB fine. Also when I get to windows, CPU-Z sees all 16GB as being used. However, windows only says 2 of the slots are full and I only have 8GB??

 

I have tried disabling/enabling XMP and changing the memory speed to a lower frequency. Any ideas?

Windows 10?

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

well atleast on Windows 7 home..

well atleast on Windows 7 home..

No Win 8 Home has 128GB I believe, so no way 10 can't do more than 8GB. And it worked last week with DDR4
