choosing a new keyboard

Go to solution Solved by Bluethulhu,

well sir that might be the solution. ;)

Would it be a good choise to buy the CM storm Quickfire Pro then?

It's a generally good keyboard, so I would say yes. The only thing I have to say is are you sure you know what switch you want? You should try all you can in the store, reds and blacks are night and day, it is like that with a lot of the mechanical switches.

Hi Guy's,

i'm planning of buying a new keyboard. i have been gaming on the Logitech G15 for a couple of years now and it's starting to fail on me.
So it's time to buy a new one. I got 3 models in my head wich r roughly the same price. But i don't know wich one to take.

Razer Deathstalker Expert
Roccat Isku FX
Steelseries Apex gaming

i think if i'm right they r all membrane based keyboards so they r relative silent. I have read a lot of reviews about them but it didn't made my decision any easyer.
anybody that can give me some own user experience and buy advice?

thx so much

well, tbh i have thought of that. But i have a budget for 100€ and the only one i could find is the CM storm quickfire pro but that one doesn't have a palm rest. and since i also do a lot of typing i think it will fatigue my wrists.

I think the roccat is best out for the keyboards in the list but its more down to personal preference then anything.

ok so if i get this right those keyboards are basicly the same. it just commes down to "the looks". I think i'll have a comparison at the store to feel the diference between them and  the mech keyboard.

thx for the quick and nice answers
