Is there anything i could do to make this PC better or cheaper? (FYI, I have a 500w bronze PSU that came with my old pc and ill be using that).

The budget im looking for is around £750

I will be running 2 monitors, 1 i already own and 1 ill be buying. I wont need any periphirals and will be nade for High quality gaming.

I want to upgrade bevause right now im using a cheap old oc that has windows 10, 8gb of ddr3 ram and an and a8-6600k

I'm not sure of any way to make your system cheaper, especially since you're not in North America so your market is different. The only obvious thing would be that you could downgrade to 8GB of RAM instead of having 16GB. That should be able to save you a few bucks. 8GB of RAM CAN be limiting in some situations, but in a gaming rig that is unlikely to come up.

But other than that I don't really see anything in this build that stands out as something you could save a few bucks on.
