Hello!

 

I just saw on a web store that they sell RAM on sale.

Team Vulcan 2133 2X8GB CL10-12-12-31 Red

^ For 70 euros.

 

Team Vulcan 2133 2X4GB CL10-12-12-31 Red

^ For 30 euros.

 

Which would be the best to buy for 16 GB? :o Since it is 10 Euro difference.

 

Please notice me Linus.. Or anyone from the reel' team.

2x8GB is better, assuming you have 4 DIMM slot, if you go the 2x8GB route you can get another 2x8GB down the road if 16GB is not enough for you.

depends do you have space for quad channel ram?

because if so sure! go for it

Yeah, using an old ASUS LV-X so I guess it would fit, since got four RAM slots aswell, just my cooler is covering the first socket!

Linus and anyone from the LTT crew will not help you. They post videos and make competition threads, the forum is run by the community. 

If 16GB (2*8GB) is €10 more expensive than (4*4GB) it isn't worth getting.

go with 2x8 but not from that webpage, get some from amazon since they are cheaper and are 2x8. also speed makes next to no diference

Yeah, found cheaper 16 GB, Corsair for 70$ with free shipping, might just buy those then.

2x8 unless you have quad channel memory.  Running all four dimm slots sometimes results in reduced performance and always results in less efficient future upgrade potential (as you would have to remove the 4x4 kit in the computer to install more).
 

There's something cool here - you just can't see it.

4x4 will be plenty I doubt you will need more than 16GBs for a long time...
