Honestly, it depends on the quality of the NAND and the controller being used. There's not a big difference for everyday use.

Add $15 more to your budget and get a 240gb SSD with faster speeds. Look for PNY CS1311 or OCZ Trion 150, they should be <$65.

 

If you're sticking with 120gb then go with this: A-Data Premier Pro SP920 ($44.99 Newegg)
