Best Case Of Custom Loop

i am looking for a mid tower case for a dual 240 rad custom loop and both the corsair 400c and nzxt s340 have very bad support of top rad mounting and the fractal design case's are not sold in India, Is there a good alternative to the fractal design define s in the same price range of the 400c and s340. And do i need a very large psu for custom water cooling i have a rm650x will that be enough
