Is my motherboard dead?

is their another pc you cat in

The HDMI slot to my motherboard doesn't work (No Signal) to my monitor, and when I put in my new 1060 into the slot it doesn't work. At first I thought it was the GPU so of course I switched out my 750ti (had no signal) for a 1060. Now it's weird because the 1060 worked for about 5 hours before my computer shutoff and when I rebooted it, it had the (No Signal) I know this isn't my monitor, I've tested it on my TV. I'm getting a new PSU tomorrow but I'm afraid it's my

motherboard so right now all the fans work, the green light lights up. Btw the HDMI cable into my mother board never worked when I got it 2 1/2 years ago. I'm not sure if it's because I have a video card in or

not but I tried taking it out earlier and it still doesn't work. I truly hope it's the PSU or I'm in a lot of trouble.

The 1060 worked for 5-6 hours before it blue screened, the exact same thing that happened 2-3 weeks prior with my 750ti.

The new 700 watt PSU didn't fix anything.

The RAM was the problem the whole time.
