How bad is my temp

What do u guys think, how bad is it for water cooled H80i 
2 fans around radiator (rear, pushing air out of the case) 
1 fan above (exhaust)
1 in front (intake) 
S340 NZXT

I wouldn't worry, but I wouldn't allow the CPU to get any hotter

Yeah, the biggest problem is hard to solve.. Ambient temp is just so damn high, i live in LA without AC

Im student from east europe, so my budget is kinda low..
i Keep moving, planning on going home for 2 months at the end of summer, so i dont feel like wasting cash on that RN
and yes my life sucks, i am used to cold winters and snow not this weather, plus my PC... Its much hotter than outside.. damn i want to kill my self

I live in florida, which is worse than LA cuz of the fucking marshes (its so murky). Why not invest in a little ac unit for your apartment, like those wall mounted or window ones for your room. Do you use a lot of fans?

because its hard to move with it, especially internationally, but ill think about it, buying used, reselling.. Window shit. i was hoping to move to nicer apt. But doesnt look promising
