It's definitely not recommended, that's for sure.
It's hard to say if it's immediately dangerous or not, but I think the biggest concern would be either shorting out the motherboard from a damaged cable and/or putting unnecessary strain on your motherboard.
You might just want to do your due diligence in this case (ha, get it?) and fix your cable management with proper routing.
As @Cyracus said: Probably fine unless it's flexing your board, but still, what's 10 minutes of management for better peace of mind, unnecessary as it may turn out to be?
