Please?

I can press things on my screen on the left side with my mouse but i cant on the right side... What is wrong and how do i fix it? It just doesnt register my clicks it can register that I move it there but not that I click there.... What do I do?

And I can only do it on my desktop not on open pages on my screen!

Have you tried rebooting your PC?

Do you perhaps use a gaming mouse with a dedicated driver? Is your mouse connected over USB or do you have an old one that still uses PS/2?
