Looks pretty good. I don't know the quality of the PSU so I'd recommend you get an EVGA G2, B2, GS or GQ, Anything from Seasonic or XFX (excluding the XT), Corsair RMi, RMx, HX, HXi, AX, AXi instead.

You also don't need an aftermarket heatsink, but it will be quieter than the stock heatsink.

Yea i do plan on expanding later so i'll stick with this Motherboard

All of the parts seem pretty decent. The only thing I would change if it was my build would be getting a little bit cheaper of a case and a little bit of a stronger power supply (e.g. 750 Watts) so I wouldn't have to worry as much in the future when upgrading parts. It would just absolutely suck for you to upgrade this build in the future and it turns out that you were off by say 50-100 Watts.
