Can I get this gpu?

I have an acer aspire axc 704g with an Intel celeron n3050 (6w tdp) and 4 gb of ram. All in a small form factor case that has an external 65w power brick. I would like to put the low profile edition of the asus Radeon hd 6450, with a tdp of 27 watts. But I'm not too sure if I have enough wattage. Any suggestions. Because I can't get a new PC and I'm stuck with it for the next few years. Btw I'm poor af.

Try and get a GT 730 low profile that's your best bet at a card that'll work with your power supply and motherboard. Make sure it's a GT 730 64-bit GDDR5; the ones that say 128-bit aren't as good.
