I would go with the R4, if you want to save 10 dollars http://pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcadefr4bl, but the c70 is pretty good case not going to lie

Also I would go with the Corsair RM series if you can spend 10 more dollars on a PSU, it will help with cables managing and PSU features

http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Series-80PLUS-Gold-Certified-Supply/dp/B00EB7UITQ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1381189150&sr=8-2&keywords=corsair+rm+series

Another option change CPU to 8350 and you have alot of money left to to pick up a 850 watt Corsair RM series PSU and a 240gb SSD

Wait a while longer and go for a single R9 card, use onboard until the cards are released if you absolutely need the computer soon. I would also get an 840 instead of OCZ at that SSD price, I would rather go for Windows 8.

otherwise good

Eww, Windows 8. Only get it if you're planning on buying a touch screen monitor. As well, I love my C70, but for the love of god do the window mod.

No, you only "eww windows 8" because it has metro in it. You don't have to use metro and that alone isn't worth deterring away from the multiple improvements and performance optimizations.

I can't seem to understand why people hate windows 8 without a good reason. I moved to windows 8 and after 30 mins of researching and exploring it's no less usable or confusing than Windows 7. You can't just say no but only if you need one feature of it.

Slight Edits: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1MA5C

Remove all stock fans. The h100i has loud stock fans.

2 SilenX fans for front intake, 1 for rear exhaust. Hyperboreas for h100i.
