I wanna be able to use chrome and teamspeak on my secondary monitor while playing games on my primary, but when I hit shift tab in game to go to steam and switch to the other monitor and try and do stuff it minimizes my game, also when I open chrome on the second monitor it pops up on the first monitor?

I don't think there is anything you can do about it.

Some games don't minimize the game when you do it,some do.

If you can set the game to windowed fullsceen/borderless fullscreen, that sorts the issue out.

Also about chrome appearing on the first monitor, drag it over and maximize and close on the 2nd monitor, repeat a few times, it will eventually kick in and open chrome all the time on the 2nd monitor.

The monitor you play your games on is set to monitor 1, which is your main monitor, so when you click off this screen onto your secondary, it will minimize what your doing on your main screen... I have this problem and haven't found a fix just yet...

if you do let me know its really annoying lol

No it won't be windowed...fullscreen windowed/borderless windowed, is the same as fullscreen (no border and the entire screen is filled) just it allows you to switch programs easily.
