The problem is you can not buy a rx480 with out spend more than 350 dollar,most store are out of stock

Yeah, I was surprised when I saw that B&H has it in stock... even if it is a little more than what others charge (when it's in stock)

This seems pretty great, except for core locked games where you must have a quad core or above..

Well, if you willing to go about $80 more, you can get an i5 6400. But for $600 this is probably the best performing computer you're going to get.

And the i3 is hyperthreaded, so the programs will still run... but not very well

I hadn't even considered hyperthreading. Regardless, I'll probably spring for the i5 and cut back elsewhere..
