$600 1080p build

So, I've been looking for an interesting build, in this case, one for $600 preferably ITX and able to run games at 1080p at max settings. 

Some help would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance for the help. Also please no water cooling, I'm new to PC building..

Oh yeah, if you wait until the $200 480 is in stock, you'll be in even better shape. That is, if it ever actually becomes in stock.

The problem is you can not buy a rx480 with out spend more than 350 dollar，most store are out of stock

Yeah, I was surprised when I saw that B&H has it in stock... even if it is a little more than what others charge (when it's in stock)

Sorry guys. But yeah it's USD and my only concern about the i3 is that it isn't quad core and some games are core locked..

This seems pretty great, except for core locked games where you must have a quad core or above..

Well, if you willing to go about $80 more, you can get an i5 6400. But for $600 this is probably the best performing computer you're going to get.

And the i3 is hyperthreaded, so the programs will still run... but not very well

I hadn't even considered hyperthreading. Regardless, I'll probably spring for the i5 and cut back elsewhere..
