I ended up returning it to Amazon and buying an RM850i. Works flawlessly now. Thanks for all your suggestions and time!

I recently switched cases, and now I get no power to any SATA devices. My PSU is 850W EVGA G2. I've tried different cables, different ports, and nothing works. Perif works fine for my molex LED strips. HDD is not recognized in BIOS and no fans spin up (I have them all on the Phanteks PWM hub which is powered by SATA). Am I missing something, or bad PSU? I'm just confused because it worked fine two hours before I switched cases - not sure what changed.

If you want more details on what I have in case it helps just check my signature.

The drive might have been damaged while you were moving it from the old PC to the new one. Do you have any alternative way of powering it, for example a usb drive enclosure?

The thing is, it's also the PWM hub that isn't working. I have a 2.5" enclosure but that's it. I'll probably go get another to check on my way back from work though. Thanks for the suggestion!

No problem, let me know how it goes.

I will! Hopefully the drive didn't die lol. I only really had games and stuff on it though so it's not the end of the world if it did. I think its an issue with the PSU though - Amazon is sending me a new one right now just in case. I'm hoping something else works though because it won't be here until Monday... sigh.

Ok, you really don't have a second power supply? I thought that everyone had some kind of crappy psu that came with a case, and was replaced immediately.

Nope, this is my only one (first PC, so no left-overs). Case didn't come with one.

Try building outside of the case and see if it is any different.

I did. Nothing spins up still.

Does the power supply work with the tester adapter thing that you get ?

Everything else works - the computer POSTs and everything. Just have no case fans going and no hard drive (boot drive is M.2).

Something tells me you plugged the modular cables in wrong. Can you send us a picture of the cable configuration?

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Sure, I'll send them once I'm home. I'm pretty sure they're in correctly though, it's hard to mess those up lol.
