loud / push any air what so ever?

Its so hot and I need something that isn't like a jet plain....to blow air into my face, dont want to brake the bank or one of them massive ones...no room.

You could make one form an old computer fan and some cheap 12vDC supplies.

 

Don't really have any fan's which dont buzz/tick or that push any air really

That thing is designed for "little people", i would say that buy one noctua fan and few fan extension cables. :)

or a bitfenix spectre. or a delta fan, for ultimate quietness.

Any really, just something that is small enough to just sit on my desk (don't want the ones which are massive), and that isn't THAT loud and pushes decent amount of air without my wallet crying at me...

Depending on the size of your desk you may want a USb fan. The desk fan I have is too big to fit on my desk its more of a bookshelf or dresser fan if you ask me.

I've got some cheap fan I got at walmart, it's not USB, but it works fine for me. (I live in The Dirty South, it gets hot here)
