So heres the gist of what im going through right now. Since posting this:

I have installed new RAM, and a bios speaker on my mobo to try and diagnose the issue. Despite my anticipation, the bios beeper remained silent, even through removing the ram sticks. I thought it might be defective so i broke out my volt meter and tested the 5v pin and the ground pin for the motherboard speaker on the mobo. Turns out the motherboard itself isnt comprehending any issue as it does not output any voltage to the speaker to make it beep. It still will not work. When turned on the build seems fine: Cpu produces detectable heat, fans spin, and ram sticks get warm. But despite all this, i still cannot seem to get an output to my moniter. It just flashes no signal and goes into standby. Please help! This build is way overdue and i need to move data to it as soon as possible.

It could very well be the GPU. Have you tried using a different card to check if the PC posts?

this may be completly irelevent but you wouldnt have turn of the automatic driver install feature in windows by chance?

im guesing clearing cmos would do nothing either since its a fresh build hmm psu?

yours is a 65w which may be a conflict? dont see why it would be though just throwing out suggestion here

maybe the mb needs a bios update to run the fm2+ chips as my board required it to run the x4 am2+

no no conflict. More wattage isnt bad. Thats why people who use overkill psu,s dont end up with electrically damaged parts.
