Question/feedback from Parvum cases

Hello guys, just wanna get some feedback on Parvum System cases owners and help me decide whether or not, I should get my first pc case from them.

My partlist currently is looking like this (The gpu in there is a place holder for the nitro version):

I'm looking at a ITX form factor, especially the X 2.0, but I would love to get some usb ports, audio and mic ports on the front, and get a custom color power led. Do you think it's possible to ask them for this customization?

How's their customer service like? I would love to get some feedback. Thanks a lot!

Interested in this as well, looking to buy an M1.0 ATX but would like to get a custom combination of differently coloured panels. I already sent them an eMail yesterday evening and am currently waiting for a response, did you try and message them already?

Oh hey, thx for the reply. I didn't email them yet since I was waiting to see if there's someone here who have some answers. Tell me how they responded when you get the email! It might help me since I don't have to bug them with a email. I was thinking sending them one tonight.

Will report back, but from what I've read on forums they don't respond exactly quickly because they aren't a huge company so yeah... We'll just have to wait and see I guess ^^

Okay so they got back to me a few hours back (couldn't check in between cuz work and stuff) and they were just super cool about everything - I asked them if they would do a custom colour combination (Frosted White + Frosted Clear with a blue motherboard tray) they basically just answered "Hi, thanks for reaching out to us; We added the Frosted White + Frosted Clear combination in our store; as for the mobo tray just add what you would like to have done in the 'notes' section at the checkout" The only thing is that when I asked them if they could show me what exactly 'Clear' and 'Blue' look like they literally just linked me to Google Pictures (uhm okay? xD).

But so far they seem pretty chill, too bad I'm probably going with another combination regardless :°)

Thx for the headup!!! What about added IO in the front like usb ports, audio jacks or custom power led color? :)

I don't know about that one, the case I want to buy already has IO so I didn't ask (M1.0 ATX), sorry :I
