Mouse button 4/5 problem

hello guys i bought a cheap gaming mouse and installed x-mouse button control to set bindings. But i saw that while i m holding left or right click button on mouse, mouse butto 4 and 5 doesnt work. While i m not holding down right or left click, side buttons work just fine. I cudnt make it work guys , i be happy if u help me plz thank you.

It's called ghosting, it's common on cheap gaming products, it's basically when the crappy device can not handle all of the inputs at once, usually due to bad hardware used.
