So my computer is having trouble booting up and I think it might be the EFI. There's and option in my bios that says launch EFI shell from filesystem device. Should I click on this or not

What are you trying to do?

Well I was resetting my pc to factory defaults earlier and it canceled it in the middle of the reset and so I turned off my pc and turned it back on and it won't boot up and other people think it's a windows problem with my EFI so Idk if this option in the bios will do anything

You probably screwed up the windows install. The easy way to fix is to reinstall windows.
