Hi i bought a prebuilt

Acer Aspire XC AXC-603G-UW13

and was wondering if there was anyway of upgrading it or moving it to a NZXT phantom case

You can move the motherboard to a new case, its mini its. The psu looks custom.

There is no reason to change the case. Id just save up for a new system.

The thing with some prebuilts is proprietary motherboard sizes and power supply sizes. To me, the motherboard looks Mini ITX, so it could work. PSU looks more on the non standard size, so you might need to buy a different one.

try some creative modding if you can find an io shield that would support the motherboard with a standard io shield size  theres step one. mark the motherboard tray of the phantom in the places where the holes will go and get a power drill out and proceed to make the holes in the motherboard tray then buy some motherboard standoffs and affix them into the holes you drilled. The PSU could be a problem but if you can do some metal fabrication you can move the PSU onto a fabricated metal tray and from there screw it into the case front io may be a problem as i don't know the pin layouts of the mother board if they are standard full steam ahead but if they aren't you have a slight problem but nothing you can't fix with some time and patience.

Let me know how it goes.
