I'm looking for suggestions to build a custom Windows 7 system. I know that Windows 7 is near the EOL, but I'm not a big fan of Windows 10 watchful eye or their forced upgrade. I may add Windows 10 for a dual boot system, but that may be later.

I'm looking for suggestions for a moderate to the lower side of the upper tier gaming system build that's around $1,000 and suggestions for a system build that's around $1,500 - i.e.: What would you put in a build that's around $1,000 and what would you change/add if you had $1,500 for a build. I'm looking to make a moderate to the lower side of an upper tier gaming system, and possibly make it a dual boot system using another SSD and 2.5" standard mechanical HDD, and use the 8 drive bays in the R5 case for a storage that's accessible over the network.

The parts I'm pretty sure I want to use are:

Fractal Design Define R5 Case

Samsung SSD (for OS and programs that don't update a lot)

2.5" standard mechanical HDD for local storage and programs that update a lot (like Smite, etc.)

HUE Color Changing LED for case lighting

Gigabyte Bluetooth (model: GC-WB867D-I) - for Bluetooth headsets

Blu-Ray/DVD/CD optical drives that burns CDs/DVDs/ and Blu-Rays

Other parts are open for suggestions. PC Part Picker list would also be helpful.

I was thinking of the ASRock Fatal1ty X99X Killer ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard but it might be a budget killer.
