This started a couple of months ago and sometimes it appears mid gaming and alt tabs me out to the desktop (killed me loads of times...). I figure it's a program issue but i have no idea what could be causing it. My system os is Windows 10 btw.

Look in task scheduler for any programs that you're not aware of that seems sketch. Disable them if they're not Microsoft stuff. You can look at event viewer and look for what was triggered during the phenomenon to isolate your issue. Lastly, you can start in safe mode so random programs won't run without your knowledge.

Blue screens eh? Did you try setting it to Wumbo?

If you upgraded to 10 from an older os that might be why. My computer had that happen upon boot occasionally. You might try running JRT to fix some registries.

Junkware Removal Tool- you can download it. I have it and run it occasionally if anything weird happens.
